General Terms

General Info for Bids and such!

• You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art.
• You will receive the illustration in different formats along with a watermarked high/small version.
• Be sure to save the picture somewhere on your computer, USB memory...
• I reserve the right to not sell to accounts that aren't at least 3 months old.
• The adoption will end within 24h after the last bid
• For every bid, the time will be increased by 30 minutes
• If there are no more bidders within 24h, it will be closed
• Please do not edit or delete your comment as it will only make everyone confused or you will be blacklisted.

Usage policy

As the artist and designer

• I retain partial rights over every design that is sold.
• I will post the files on my social media to promote myself and showcase the design.

You as the customer

• Can change the name of the character.
• Create a story about them.
• You can make small changes to the design but keep it recognizable (you must contact me if you do so).
• You cannot claim art and original design as your own.
• Credit me if you repost the art on any social media.

Payment

• I accept Ko-fi payments, wired transfers, and invoices.
• You have 24h to send the payment
• If you don’t pay in time the adoption will go back up for sale again.
• A payment plan is available above $100+ (you will have 2, 4, to 6 months to pay depending on the amount charged).
• Consider the Auto Buy form for commercial purposes.
• Please buy responsibly, there will be no refund.

Re-selling / Trading / gift the adopt / Commercial

• You must sell the adopts for less or for the same price you bought them from me. If you do so please let me know! I want to keep track of the new owners.
• You may not sell them if they were free.
• You cannot trade the adoption. (in case it was a free one, you can contact me and we can discuss it)
  • This is to prevent passing the adoptable to new owners, as I will just lose track of it, plus you want to buy them so you can give them a home.
• You can gift the adopt
• For commercial rights always consider buying the Auto-buy option.

Being banned / Blocked

You will be banned from my adopts if you do any of the following:

• Trace my adopts
• Re-edit them without permission
• Re-sell my adopts for over its price or if it was free
• Doing repetitively the mentioned rules.
• Using the main artwork for commercial purposes without haven’t paid the commercial form.
• I have the right to ban a person/ give penalties/ redistribute ownership over a design if they are blatantly breaking my Terms of Service, and therefore terminate their rights to the design.

NOTE: If you share the adoption with the main artwork anywhere please make sure that you credit me.
